Monthly Boat Care Subscription

1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to our Monthly Boat Care Subscription ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Subscription Terms and Billing Your subscription will commence upon successful payment processing. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled according to these Terms.

7. Liability and Insurance Subscribers must maintain adequate insurance coverage for their boats. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from conditions pre-existing or beyond the scope of our observational reporting.

8. Limitation of Liability Our liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by you for the subscription during the current subscription period. We will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
